Issue 210 – June 2019

May 30, 2019 in Editorial, Uncategorized

This month we chat with Daniel Gallagher, Rory’s nephew to get the inside track on this important and posthumous compilation release from the family vaults and archives. Jim Kahr is a little known name over here, so prior to his gigs we find out about his background. Kenny Wayne Shepherd is over here, so we get the latest from him and review his The Traveler album. The young band Sun House introduce themselves and we hear about the upcoming Congleton Jazz and Blues Festival which is 10 years old this year. As usual we have interviews, gig, festival and new release reviews and gigs, festivals and Radio Guides.

Enjoy the read and get out and see some live music, until next month – Enjoy Yer Blues!
